Dr. Kennedy owns and operates Midwest Upper Cervical in Belleville, Illinois which he opened up in 2004. His friendly staff and casual environment makes his office comfortable for patients of all ages, from newborns to senior citizens. Over the years, he has helped a wide variety of patients regain their health. The most common conditions seen in adults are headaches, migraines, fibromyalgia, neck pain and auto accident injuries.
