Say No to Drugs?

In the United States there is a dysfunctional war on drugs that is taking place.  Parents tell there children to “Say no to drugs” all while their bathroom cabinets are packed so full of drugs that you can’t even open them.  Schools claim to be drug free zones but yet it’s common place for teachers to pressure parents into medicating there “overactive” child.  The average kid has seen thousands and thousands of hours worth the drug advertisements by the time they are 18 years old.  Do we really expect them to “Say No?”

Happy 2012…

I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years.  The end of the year is the one time each year that I know for sure that I’m going to get time away.  This year was no different.  I really unplugged for a week or two and it’s actually been difficult to get back into the swing of things.  But today I got back into the gym for a lunch time workout and now I’m writing my first Headache of 2012.  Looks like I’m finally getting the wheels off the ground.  I hope you are too.
